In order to deliver to national accounts or restaurants signed-up by DC, you will need to have proper insurance coverages, as well as meeting required delivery time and rating performance markers. We are committed to raising the bar in the food delivery world, in terms of quality and reliability; therefore, we will be working with our RDS partners to ensure that your drivers are meeting high standards of delivery time, delivery quality, and delivery efficiency.
Your account will be suspended for a limited time, and we will assess each situation individually to determine the best outcome. Based on our determination, your account may be re-activated or you may be required to operate under another DSP (delivery service provider) with a qualifying performance record.
Being part of an international brand will make it much easier to acquire new partners, recruit drivers and gain brand recognition for obtaining higher order volumes. Also, as a participating ‘marketing’ member of a large portal like DeliverClub, you will receive credit for all orders fulfilled to your customers, even when they are ordering outside of your service area (i.e. on a business trip, vacation, etc).

If you choose to leave the DeliverClub network, you may lose some of your earned points. This is directly dependent on which participation tranche you have opted into.
- If you are a DeliverClub marketing partner, you will keep the points that have been awarded to you, since you have added value to the network via your customer referrals.
- If you are a DeliverClub delivery partner: From the moment you decide to discontinue service for DeliverClub, you will lose the points you have earned in the delivery partner tranche. Since you will no longer be providing delivery service for the network, it will result in a loss of territory for DC, and thus hinder the scalability and reach (value) for the company.
Yes. You are able to sell or transfer your points as you wish. If you are participating in the “delivery tranche”, you MUST be actively servicing customers in your area to be able to continue ownership of your earned points in this tranche (see above explanation). The points earned into the “marketing tranche” are yours to keep forever, and thus, you may sell or transfer them as you like.
DeliverClub will be utilizing advanced tech and integrations, allowing our delivery partners to increase their productivity, efficiency, and throughput by 50% or more. This equates to higher order volumes and commission revenues, coupled with a lower overhead burden. Your resulting larger profit margins will largely outweigh loss of nominal delivery fees. Oh yea, don’t forget – you will also be a part-owner in a national food delivery company, which, over time, will only continue to increase in value.
In our beta simulations, we tested the DC business model and gained some valuable insight and data on driver patterns. In our testing, we found that drivers had doubled their earnings due to increased number of tips earned, and larger compensation from increased restaurant commissions.
When there are multiple delivery partners for the same restaurant in a given location, we will allow the customer to select their preferred delivery provider based largely on rating and delivery time estimates.
However, if the DC user is one of your referred customers, you will be the preferred delivery partner displayed (unless your ratings or delivery estimates are in significantly poorer standing).
All payments will be processed directly through your own credit card gateway! You will receive funds identical to how you are receiving them currently. You will however need to set up an account with Stripe during the signup process. This allows for the flexibility of DC taking out the marketing fees daily.
We have designed and developed a full DC Module for your RDS logic system in your administration area. Here you will be able to manage your DC account settings, view your earned tranche points, run various reports, and analyze data and stats about your DC business.
We will be adding in the functionality to add only certain menus and restaurants. Currently we do not have this option.
